Dr. Georgena Wiley is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse nursing experience. A retired U.S. Army officer, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Indiana State University and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Dr. Wiley practices using an evidence-based, holistic approach with a focus on treating the whole person. Her clinical expertise spans primary care, emergency medicine, correctional health, and community health. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every patient encounter is guided by respect, warmth, expertise, and compassion.

Her nursing journey began in childhood, inspired by her grandmother, Georgianna. As a young girl, Dr. Wiley would sit at her grandmother’s feet and promise, “When I get older, I’m going to be your nurse and take care of you.” Though her grandmother never lived to see that dream realized, she remains the heart and inspiration behind Dr. Wiley’s calling.
